Q1. How do I know that ReelScreamers has received my order?

A1. Once you have submitted your order you will receive an email notification with your order number. When your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email notification with your tracking number advising that the order has been shipped.


Q2. When will my credit card be billed?

A2. Your credit card account will be billed at the time of purchase.


Q3. Do you accept orders outside of USA and Canada?

A3: XXXXXX We accept all international orders. Since shipping costs vary based on country, we recommend placing your order using via e-mail to info@reelscreamers.com with the items you are interested in. Once we verify the shipping costs we will via e-mail with complete details and totals for payment.


Q4: Can you ship to an address which is a P.O. BOX?

A4: No. Reel Screamers requires a physical address for shipping delivery.


Q5: How can I search for an item I am interested in?

A5: We offer many ways to search for your item. You can use our navigation bar located on the left side of our website to choose the appropriate categories to narrow your search. There is also a search box on the upper right hand side of our website so you may search by key words.


Q6. What is the Reel Screamer Guarantee?

A6. Customer service is our number one priority and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase for an immediate refund or exchange. See Question 6 for details.


Q7. What is ReelScreamers' Return and Exchange Policy?

A7. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the merchandise purchased, within 30 calendar days from the day you purchased it. All shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. All returned items must be in new condition, and be in the original packaging.

Q8. When does Sales Tax get charged?

A8. State laws require us to collect sales tax from residents who live in states where we have established offices. Reel Screamers is required by law to collect the applicable sales tax of 7% when shipping orders to residents of Florida.



Q9. How long will it take for my order to ship ?

A9. Generally all orders are shipped out within 48 hours after receipt of payment although many ship out with 24 hours depending upon our current workload and the time of day the payment was received.


Q10. Is there anyway I can be easily notified of new product arrivals and sale items ?

A10. Yes, you can become a subscriber to our email list. Once you are a subscriber you will receive periodic email updates concerning new product arrivals, sale announcements, closeout specials and more. We WILL NOT email you if you choose not to be emailed.


Q11. How Do I Cancel an Order?

A11. It is the desire of Reel Screamers to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. As such, we begin processing your order within minutes after your order is placed online. Once your transaction is authorized, we cannot guarantee our ability to make changes or cancellations to an order (with exception of out of stock or backordered items). If cancellations or changes are possible, we will do all we can to accommodate our customers - we just ask that you let us know as quickly as possible by sending an e-mail to info@reelscreamersonline.com advising of your desire to cancel an order.


Q12. Is it safe to order online on this site using my credit card?

A12. Yes.
Our secure server uses advanced encryption and firewall technology to keep your personal information private. Our secure server layer (SSL) software completely encrypts the information you input while ordering so that it cannot be read as it travels through our ordering system. We have extremely strong security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information while it is in our control.


Q13: How can I track my order?

A13: Upon shipping of your Order, Reel Screamers will send you an e-mail confirming your order is shipped which will include your tracking number and a link which will take you to a site where you can track your order on. Alternatively, click on the "Track Order" button at the top right of our websites screens, fill in the appropriate info and hit the Track Order button.
